The punch and throw damage messages have been updated

The old versions were very stale " You punched warrior hard,” so they
have now been given a proper messages. There is a lot more variation, a
lot more flavour.

If anyone spots anything awkward, too repetitive, or just has a line they
think would make it even better, let me know.
