Big portable pub heals (kegs) were reworked to be HoT-based instead of
instant HP spikes.
Each sip now consumes up to 1000 from the keg and applies healing through
the alcohol regen system.
The drunker you are, the less effective each sip becomes (up to a heavy
reduction), and rapid chain-chugging gets additional penalties/lockout.
So: best value is from pacing drinks while relatively sober, not
burst-chugging.
