Are they not the storm, incarnate?&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;In times of peace a Shen-Lung shall always be under the effect of STORM &lt;br&gt;and ELECTRIFY.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Very small Shen-Lungs may still find that their natural electrify is still &lt;br&gt;mearly *STATIC* but as they grow so too is their natural defense.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;In times of war both will need to be cast and will degrade as what has &lt;br&gt;previously been &quot;normal&quot;.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;This may be a slight buff to Sen-Lung as their electrify dissipates &lt;br&gt;slightly over time.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;However generally speaking the skill-values are the same its just the &lt;br&gt;convenience of not having to continuously activate.&lt;br&gt; ```&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[[Category:Changes_Board]]</div>
