Those bonds&lt;br&gt;that had these negative stats have been slightly adjusted for&lt;br&gt;balance purposes and to keep each bond unique with the penalties&lt;br&gt;no longer there to differentiate. This will hopefully make some&lt;br&gt;of the less-utilized bonds a little more appealing.
