Selling your &lt;br&gt;house will return 40% of the actual gold value of the house, and will &lt;br&gt;auto-deposit the 40% return and all gold stashed in the house to your bank &lt;br&gt;account. You will immediately lose access to the house, but nothing will &lt;br&gt;be lost. All the house data is still stored (layout, room descriptions, &lt;br&gt;items, lockers, safes, entry lists) in case you decide to purchase another &lt;br&gt;house. Rebuilding your ouse after demolishing it will cost 50% of the &lt;br&gt;original cash value (a loss of 10% for selling, then rebuilding.)&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;It's worth noting that you can MOVE your house for free if you don't like &lt;br&gt;the location by going to an empty lot and typing 'build house' there.
