This is due mainly to thieves/&lt;br&gt;thugs in wars spamming go target/backstab/enter vortex and&lt;br&gt;getting a backstab or bludgeon off every round.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Rather than have a change for thieves and thugs affect everyone,&lt;br&gt;I've restored the ability to enter vortex at any time. Instead,&lt;br&gt;thieves and thugs now have a cooldown if they backstab or&lt;br&gt;bludgeon after vortexing a target. So if you go target, backstab,&lt;br&gt;enter vortex, you cannot do so again in the next round (your&lt;br&gt;backstab/bludgeon will miss, de to all the effort involved).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It's also worth noting that this actually in some ways increases&lt;br&gt;thieves, given they can now go target, steal and enter in the&lt;br&gt;same round.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[[Category:Changes_Board]]</div>
