Now, if&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;the twar is an adjusted level twar, then the value of a kil&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;is flat out assumed to be worth 20 points (what was 19+1).  This&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;reduces the point value for +10 wars from 29 points per kill&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;to 20.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Secondly, winners of a twar used to get twice their level in bonus&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;points just for surviving.  So, again, in a +10 war that would be&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;(19+10)*2.  That has also been reduced to a flat +20*2 (duh, 40).&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;These two bove changes do NOT take effect if it is a normal level&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;twar, but since no one plays those, that doesn't really matter now,&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;does it?&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Thirdly, I have completely redone the algorithm that balances&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;teams.  It's considerably more complex now than it used to be and &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;instead of just being based on this week's twar&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;score for this character it's based on many things including &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;character age, level, twarscore, and some values from ALL of your&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;characters.  Yes, that means veteran players who create new characters&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;to twar with for the first time will have a higher ranking (internally)&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;than a true newbie but that's precisely what we were going for.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Nettika divised this algorithm and I approve of it for testing.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Finally, given all the decrease total point values of high&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;twars now I have increased the EXP value of points by 50% (OMG!)&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;and money by 50% or something similar... i can't recall :).&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;So that of course means that low level twars (19+1) are now&amp;lt;r&amp;gt;worth a lot more and 19+10 twars are probably worth close to&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;what they were before.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt; - Razzy.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;[[Category:Changes_Board]]&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
