A changeling will&lt;br&gt;need to level each form before gaining the next form. The form will level&lt;br&gt;through use, and when the changer is concentrating on the form they&lt;br&gt;will not gain normal experience. It should be noted that the amount it&lt;br&gt;takes to level the higher level forms is HUGE, and you will not have&lt;br&gt;have access to those forms regardless of levels. It should also be&lt;br&gt;noted that changelings will o longer gain from large bonuses to&lt;br&gt;quintessence when shifting, this change results in an overall reduction&lt;br&gt;to the sub.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Based on these changes I will allow any of the current changers a free&lt;br&gt;reselect, this will not be offered when changeling is released once again.&lt;br&gt;I think it will take about 3 weeks to finish them up.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you wish a reselect then please see me, do not bother the other &lt;br&gt;wizards.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;-Dark&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[[Category:Changes_Board]]</div>
