All offenses are to be wizard confirmed, witnessed &lt;br&gt;and punished accordingly. Players, DO NOT send logs to wizards who are &lt;br&gt;not online. Logs can be altered and will not be used as evidence. Wizards &lt;br&gt;must be online and see the offense. If a lower level wizard is online, &lt;br&gt;banishment will come when an appropriate level wizard logs on.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;THe following will be set in stone:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1st offense 1 day banshment of ALL characters.&lt;br&gt;2nd offense 1 week banishment of ALL characters.&lt;br&gt;3rd offense 1 month banishment of ALL characters.&lt;br&gt;4th offense 1 year banishment of ALL characters.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;No warnings will be given, punishment will be handed out immediately &lt;br&gt;without hesitation. This includes, but is not limited to ALL BOARDS, &lt;br&gt;channels shout, say, arena, pk, chat, brett, class, hero, jihad, magewar, &lt;br&gt;newbie, poker, and war. Abusive tells will be dealt with in the same &lt;br&gt;manner as they are today.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Minor trash talking about how someone is bs, or someone will get pwnd in &lt;br&gt;the face is acceptable. Profanity, abusive language, offensive language &lt;br&gt;in any way will not be tolerated at all.
