So a harmful skill is as much as &lt;br&gt; 33% boosted vs a hated faction and -33% to an aligned faction,&lt;br&gt; while a helpful skill is more beneficial vs an aligned&lt;br&gt; faction, and less efficacious vs a hated faction&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;bludgeon&lt;br&gt; this skill was increased slightly, coupled with the&lt;br&gt; fact its got an additional +15 boost from my change&lt;br&gt; to gen_spell, its relatively hefty now&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;gravemist&lt;br&gt; dracoliches have gained the skill gravemist, reselect&lt;br&gt; for th skill&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;death&lt;br&gt; death is not quite as efficient as it once was, a counter&lt;br&gt; to the obvious increase of gravemist&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[[Category:Changes_Board]]</div>
