That players&lt;br&gt;feel free to abuse the wizards who do work because they&lt;br&gt;have no fear of retribution. To some extent I beleive&lt;br&gt;this is true, I have had a very laid back attitude towards&lt;br&gt;administrative actions until pushed to an extreme. I &lt;br&gt;have held this beleif mostly because I feel that often times&lt;br&gt;wizards behave just as badly as the players, and felt that&lt;br&gt;why should the ownership of a level 50 wizard entitle you&lt;br&gt;to be able to win any confrontaion with a player?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;However, I support the staff here, and they have asked&lt;br&gt;overwhelmingly for a change in administrative practices.&lt;br&gt;To that end, I turn over the administration and policing&lt;br&gt;of the player base to any approprite level wizard, and&lt;br&gt;encourage you to take any action you feel appropriate to&lt;br&gt;maintain the &quot;fun and playable&quot; atmosphere of Tsunami. By&lt;br&gt;in large, I feel the bulk of the playerbase will be&lt;br&gt;unaffected, they exp, and war chatting and having fun, but&lt;br&gt;the assholes and chronic whiners who possess a feeling of &lt;br&gt;entitlement due to the fact they have played for 8 years, will&lt;br&gt;no doubt scream bloody murder, but I guess they are part&lt;br&gt;of the problem anyway.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The flame board and flame channel have been removed, while&lt;br&gt;my intention is not to quell free speech, I am also bowing&lt;br&gt;to the obvious inciting nature of these venues.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Moral of the story, be nice, play well with others, be&lt;br&gt;respectful to the people who try to provide you an&lt;r&gt;entertainment free of charge.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[[Category:Changes_Board]]</div>
