The main reason for this is &lt;br&gt;that we previously had difficulty tracking the association of players to &lt;br&gt;their characters they played (relying almost entirely upon the connection &lt;br&gt;ip). T This made it very difficult to enforce whether people were trading &lt;br&gt;characters on the 'black market'.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Recent adjustments have made things much easier to track and I believe &lt;br&gt;that things such as 'play stye' and 'typo frequencies' are hard to fake &lt;br&gt;no matter what your skill.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;With this in mind, I feel we can safely outlaw character switching and do &lt;br&gt;a decent enough job enforcing it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;From now on, sharing passwords or allowing others to use your character &lt;br&gt;for any reason (temporary or permanent) is illegal and will result in &lt;br&gt;removal of the offending character and probably secondary penalties to &lt;br&gt;other characters.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thank you all for your patience with this.
