That hasn't changed.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;However, *if both rider and steed are players*, you now get extra combat &lt;br&gt;boosts:&lt;br&gt;- *both* people get the standard ride bonus (even if one doesn't have the &lt;br&gt;skill).&lt;br&gt;- if you have the skill, you a bigger bonus.&lt;br&gt;- if you both have the skill, you both get an even bigger bonus.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Why? This is to encourage player cooperation by making riding players a &lt;br&gt;better option (hopefully, it'll somewhat make up for the loss of the NPC &lt;br&gt;steed's damage and hp). It's alo an attempt to make centaur &lt;br&gt;knights/warlords/dks slightly better.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;'lexi&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;ps.
