While this spam has been a banishable offense for <br>some time, it was frequent enough to make it cumbersome to deal with.<br><br>The problem with this solution is that viewing is one of the more <br>'skill-based' or at least 'knowlege-based' methods of pking or stealing <br>and this change made it vey difficult to use effectively. <br><br>On top of this, it's rather rediculous to consider viewing someone as <br>detrimental to a target. In general we try to keep aggressive actions <br>focused to actions that are actually...umm....aggressive.<br><br>In view of these issues, I've made the following adjustments to mirrors <br>and other sources of location:<br><br> - They no longer cause aggressiveness<br> - They no longer notify the subject <br><br>This will make these methods of location very powerfull as a means of <br>pking, but considering we already have such methodologies as summons, <br>gates and vortexes I don't believe the mud community will suffer overly. <br><br>This is a PK mud afterall and I'd prefer to encourage the techniques that <br>require a bit of skill or knowlege rather than force people into ruts.<br><br>G'luck and enjoy...or at least survive.<br><br>Charon<br><br><br><br>[[Category:Changes_Board]]
